Audio video devices may require third party codecs not included standard with windows. We recommend Klite codec pack which can be found here www.free-codecs.com or you can use the link below in the downloads area.
Always install drivers if any before connecting devices to PC as this may sometimes cause unnecessary connection issues causing the device to work less than adequately. Also make sure to read instruction manuals before use as they often help and shed light on confusion. User manuals will either be in a book or on a CD that came with the device.
Detailed demonstrations can be done before a purchase is made to help assist you in finding the correct device for your needs. During demonstrations always keep in mind the situation it will be used for and ask for that situation to be simulated in the best way possible. We are here to help so don’t be afraid to ask stupid questions, if you don’t, it may cost you later on.
